We hired SelfieDrop for our wedding and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the customer service was superb—quick, responsive, and completely reliable. Having the booth from Thursday through to Monday morning was perfect and gave us plenty of time to enjoy it without feeling rushed.

All of our guests absolutely loved it, and it added such a fun and memorable touch to our special day. It was honestly some of the best money we spent on the wedding.

We would love to highly recommend selfie drop…  but are unable to comment on the equipment because it didn’t arrive!!        **PLEASE READ ON!**
We ordered it for our wedding and when it hadn’t arrived (2 days before) we contacted the company who advised us that they were tracking the delivery and had also become concerned. From this point on Robb and his team were completely on it, communicating, sourcing, and somehow providing the service we had requested but using a local supplier instead (almost certainly at a financial loss to them) who set up and removed their equipment seamlessly. Selfie drop had no control over the courier (who were absolutely terrible by the way!) but absolutely nailed their own customer services going way above and beyond! They could quite easily have merely apologised and offered a refund but that is clearly not what they’re about. We spoke to Robb today and discussed how we write this review and he wanted us to be honest. He said this had never happened before and we believe him!! Use these guys for your event…. Selfiedrop was an accidental find, but boy was it a good one! It was so easy. It gets dropped off and picked up to an address of your choosing, had the booth for multiple days and used multiple times for cheaper than the cost of a photobooth for a few hours! So glad I found it! 100% worth it!
